Chicken Tenderloins with Caramelized Mangoes

Ingredients

 2 mangoes cut into pieces
 2 glasses of rice
 3 tbsp sugar
 400 g chicken fillet
 1 cube chicken broth
 250 ml milk
 150 ml hot water
 1 tbsp flour (or cornstarch)

Directions

Put the instant pot in roasting mode

Melt the cube in hot water

In a bowl whisk the flour, milk, and broth

Brown the chicken in a little oil

Pour the contents of the bowl with the chicken

Put it in pressure-cooking for 10min

In a frying pan caramelize the mangos cut into pieces with the sugar

Cook the rice separately

Mix the rice and chicken

If the sauce is too thick, add water

Present the plates with the rice and chicken mixture and the caramelized mangos
