Pork sausage with Camembert and melting apples

Ingredients

 300 g pork sausage
 8 potatoes cut in large cubes
 ½ camembert
 200 ml cider
 25 g butter (preferably salted)

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode roasting

Melt the butter and brown the potatoes

Wet with 20 cl of cider and the same volume of water

Put in quick cooking 10 min

Take the skin from the sausage, cut it in pieces

Lightly scrape the crust of the camembert and cut it into small cubes

Add the sausage and camembert and cook for another 3 minutes
