This is another fish stew with salmon and mussel to enjoy. Almost everybody likes salmon so you should have no problem with that delicious stew if you fix it for your family.
Ingredients
600 g salmon back in cubes
200 g chopped button mushrooms
1 chopped onion
200 g chopped carrots
100 g cooked mussels
1 bouquet garnished
1 rosemary stick
200 ml whole liquid cream (30% MG)
200 ml fish stock
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Directions
Place all the ingredients in the bowl
Season with salt and pepper
Start cooking under pressure for 3 minutes
Remove the rosemary and bouquet garnished
Serve with parsley and basmati rice
