A good recipe bases on tender veal in a rich tasty sauce. Why not trying it when you meet with your friends? You may fix a little rice to accompany the dish and it is going to be a complete meal.

Veal stew

Ingredients

 1.50 kg veal
 3 large carrots in rings
 2 white leeks cut into rings
 1 onion
 A little sugar
 1 bouquet garnished
 Salt and pepper
 20 g butter
 20 g flour
 200 ml fresh cream

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Deglaze the onions in a little sugar during preheating

Stop the browning mode

Put the meat into the bowl

Add carrots, leeks, bouquet garnished

Salt and pepper

Cover with cold water

Put the instant pot in cooking pressure mode 40 min

Remove the pieces of meat from the bowl and keep the juice

Put the cream in the bowl and stir

In a bowl mix the butter with the flour to make a kind of dough

Put the mixture in the juice by stirring

Put the instant pot in simmer mode until the sauce has thickened
