This is an interesting recipe mixing up beef chunks with olives and pickles. If you like olives, do try that nice dish that shall surprise your guest by its unique taste and nice texture.

 800 g beef chunks
 1 minced onion
 2 carrots in thin slices
 Green and black olives in slices
 Pickles in slices
 150 ml white wine
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 can of diced tomato meat
 1 tbsp cornstarch

Directions

Put all the ingredients in the pot

Use the simmer beef program of instant pot
