This is an interesting dish for people that like to use dry meat. The combination of potatoes, tomatoes and cut dry meat in a sauce might surprise by its taste and texture.
Ingredients
500 g dry meat
1.50 kg potatoes cut into cubes
3 cloves of crushed garlic
Salt, pepper
thyme
1 onion
1 pinch of turmeric
3 tomatoes
20 ml water
Directions
Cut the meat into pieces of about 2 cm
Boil it
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Put the meat and onion
Once browned put the spices and crushed garlic
Brown 1min.
Add tomatoes and potatoes
Cover with 15 to 20ml of water.
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 8min
