You can make all kind of dish with sausage that will be very tasty. In that recipe, you will mix white sausage with olives, mushrooms and other ingredients like spices that will enhance the whole dish.

Ingredients

 4 white sausage
 200 g button mushrooms
 1 onion
 200 g pitted green olives
 1 small can of tomato paste
 1 small briquette of white wine
 Salt, thyme, pepper, bay leaf,
 1 pinch of cayenne
 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the onion in the oil

Add the mushrooms

Remove the skin from the sausages and add them to the mushrooms

Add the tomato, white wine

Mix

Add the olives, herbs, spices

Put the instant pot in "Pressure cooking" mode 15min

Serve with semolina or rice
