Kernel from the sea pine tree is very good and it would give that dish a special touch. Try it, you will not be disappointed and the dish has also some nice spices that will give it a unique taste.

Ingredients

 500 g ground beef
 350 g crushed tomatoes
 1 garlic
 2 tbsp olive oil
 6 sprigs coriander
 2 shallots minced
 100 ml water
 4 tbsp Kefta spices
 20 g chopped pine nuts
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Mix meat, coriander, shallots, garlic, spices, pine nuts, salt and, pepper

Form 30gr meatballs

Pour the oil into the bowl

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the balls on all sides, remove as you go

Mix water and tomatoes to obtain a sauce

Put in the bowl, add the balls

Switch pressure-cooking mode 3min

Serve the balls with the semolina
