You can accommodate beef strips in about any way. It is a good base and you can add vegetables and some starch to accompany it. Here is a good recipe that mixes onions and beef in a thick sauce
Ingredients
400 g beef in strips
1 tbsp sherry vinegar
1 tbsp cornstarch
100 ml water
½ tbsp chicken bouillon
½ tbsp beef bouillon
½ tbsp red onions in strips
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Fry the onions in a little oil
Add the beef
Add the vinegar, 1/2 cubes and water
Put the diluted cornstarch in the soy sauce
Let it in brown mode until the sauce thickens a little
Add the sugar
Put the instant pot in mode warming at least 30min
