All these different stew uses beer as a liquid. That dish is no exception but you add up some rice to make it nutritious and you will be able to feed the whole group of weight watchers friends.

Ingredients

 1 kg beef cheeks in large pieces
 1 l brown beer
 2 tbsp brown sugar
 4 slices of gingerbread
 30 g butter with 10% fat
 1 tbsp oil
 900 g raw rice
 2 onions minced
 2 tbsp wine vinegar
 Strong mustard
 1 bouquet garnished with
 2 sprigs of parsley

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the meat in a butter/oil mixture

Remove and set aside

Fry the onions, stirring regularly

Add the vinegar

Sprinkle of brown sugar and let caramelize

Wet with beer

Add the bouquet garnished and parsley

When boiling generously spread mustard on the slices of gingerbread

Put the meat and then the slices in the instant pot

Pass the instant pot in mode pressure cooking for 35min.
