Carrots and turnips glazed with cream

Two winter vegetable mix together could make a nice dish to accompany anything or for just a light meal. Either way, the cream will enrich it and make it taste even better.

Ingredients

 2 carrots in slices
 1 large turnip cut in 4 then in thin slices
 15 g sugar
 15 g butter
 1 clove garlic crushed
 2 tbsp thick fresh cream
 300 ml water
  Salt and pepper

Directions

Put all the ingredients in the tank (except the cream)

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 7min

At the end of cooking, drain

Add the cream

Add the instant pot in browning mode 2min while stirring
