Quinoa is relatively new and can really be a good substitute for wheat intolerant people. It that recipe, it is mixed up with vegetables and a little meat to enhance the whole dish.
Ingredients
200 g quinoa
2 times the volume of quinoa in water
A drizzle of olive oil
200 g Italian bacon in strips
2 shallots sliced
¼ cabbage in strips
A little chopped dill
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Brown the shallots and Italian bacon in a little oil
Add the cabbage
Leave in brown mode 4min
Add the quinoa and water
Salt, pepper
Put the instant pot in mode pressure cooking for 7min
Serve with dill
