Stew bean style France-Compté

Here is another version of stew bean with a multitude of sausages. After you have soaked your beans overnight, you cook them with some tomatoes and the sausage. You will have a good sturdy meal ready for your family.

Ingredients

 450 g ingots beans (soaked since the day before)
 1 sausage of Morteau
 1 cooking sausage
 6 knacks (Strasbourg sausage)
 1 1 piece of smoked bacon
 1 onion
 1 clove of garlic
 1 pinch of chili pepper
 2 water
 2 tbsp tomato paste
 1 chicken stock cu
 1 bouquet garnished

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the sausages in pieces, bacon, onion, and garlic

Add the tomato and beans, the stock cube diluted in water

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 45min
