Chili con carne style Joselyne

Ingredients

 700 g minced meat
 250 g mixture of onions, shallots, and parsley
 2 jars of Uncle Ben's chili sauce
 1.20 kg red beans
 2 Old El Paso sachets, spice mixture for chili
 1 large can of tomato paste
 MEXICAN spices for meat and vegetables of Ducr
 Sweet pimento

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the meat with onions, shallots, parsley until the cooking juice disappears

Stop the instant pot and add the chili spice sachets, mix well.

Add the chili jars and half a jar of water to recover the bottom of the can

Add the tomato concentrate and spices

Put the red beans, I use a little preparation to recover the bottom of the can. Mix everything as you go

Put the instant pot 3 minutes under pressure

Spice to taste if necessary

Serve with basmati rice
