Chinese cabbage is a latecomer. Nevertheless, it is a good winter vegetable that you can fix raw or cooked. In that recipe, you mix it up with tomatoes and a little ham to give it a unique flavor.

1 chinese cabbage in strips
1 can of mushrooms
2 package of diced ham
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 medium can of chopped tomatoes
2 cloves of chopped garlic
600 ml water
1 cube of mediterranean vegetables bouillon

350 g rice
200 ml tomato sauce
