Curly cabbage with, sausages and tarragon mustard

There are many types of cabbage even some that pass the winter outside. In that recipe, you mix up some curly cabbage with sausage and spices. It is going to taste good on a cold winter day.

Ingredients

 1 curly cabbage cut into pieces
 6 onion sausages
 1 onion, minced
 1 strip of bacon
 300 ml water
 Salt, pepper
 A clove of garlic crushed
 1 glass of bouillon cube broth
 Fresh cream

Directions

Put the cabbage in the tank with 300ml of water

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 12min

At the end of the cooking process, rinse the vat and set aside the cabbage

Put the instant pot mode browning

Sauté the sausages with the bacon 5min

Empty the vat and set aside (do not rinse)

Always in brown mode, sauté the cabbage and onion

Salt, pepper

Put the garlic, a glass of broth

Put the sausages and bacon on top

Pass the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 5min
