Indian style cauliflower

This is a dish in the Asian style that uses cauliflower with spices and coconut cream. It should make the Asian food lover happy as it will be tasty and full of savor.

Ingredients

 500 g cauliflower
 1 tbsp oil
 40 g crushed cashew nut
 1 tbsp curry paste
 2 tbsp Madras curry powder
 400 g tomatoes cut into 8
 80 ml poultry broth
 1 tbsp chopped coriander
 1 onion chopped
 3 tbsp coconut Cream

Directions

Put the instant pot mode browning

Pour the oil into the bowl

Brown the onion, curry paste and curry powder for 2min

Add the cauliflower and mix well

Add the tomatoes, broth and coconut cream

Mix

Cook under pressure for 2 minutes, the cauliflower must remain crisp

Sprinkle with cashew nuts and coriander
