Brussels sprouts with chipolatas

Brussels sprouts can be mix with about anything. You may want to try that simple recipe that mixes Brussels sprouts with sausage and some cream at the end. It should taste just great.

Ingredients

 500 g frozen Brussels sprouts
 200 ml water
 3 onions, minced
 6 large chipolata cut into 3
 Salt, pepper
 150 ml water with a cube of bouillon
 Fresh cream

Directions

Put the cabbages in the steam basket with 200ml water

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 7min

After cooking,

Empty the vat and set aside the cabbage

Pass the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onions and chipolata 5min

Add the Brussels sprouts salt, pepper

Add the cube of bouillon

Pass the instant pot in quick cooking 5min

Add the fresh cream when ready to serve
