Ingredients
250 g Crozet
150 g mountain cheese in small pieces
8 slices of country ham
200 ml liquid cream
100 ml water
Directions
In the bowl, put the water, cream, and Crozet
Salt, pepper
Pass the instant pot under pressure 10min
Add the cheese
Mix well until the cheese is melted
Serve with the ham slices
