Dumpling and red beans

This is a rather long and complicated recipe to prepare. You have to make some dumpling and mix them with meat and beans. After all that work, you will have a nice meal to share with your friends.

Ingredients

 500 g red beans to soak the day before
 400 g boneless pork loin in pieces
 200 g soft beef meat in pieces
 100 g smoked bacon
 3 cloves of garlic (1 whole and 2 crushed)
 1 bouquet garnished
 1 minced onion
 80 g lard or margarine
 2 cloves
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 tbsp white vinegar
 200 g flour

Directions

Drain the beans

Put the beans, onions, bouquet garnished, cloves and whole garlic cloves in the pan

Cover with water

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 23min

During cooking, prepare the dumpling by mixing the flour with the 80g of lard, salt, and water

Add water and knead until you obtain a soft dough ball

Make dumplings by rolling small pieces of dough (about the size of gnocchi)

Drain the beans and set aside

Put the meat in the bowl,

Cover with water

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10min

Drain the meat while keeping 200ml of cooking juice

Put the beans, meat, cooking water, 2 crushed cloves of garlic, lard spoon, olive oil, vinegar

Add 500ml of water

Mix gently

Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 40min
