Ingredients
7 endives cut into 4
2 minced turkey breasts
Salt, pepper
Crushed garlic
½ cup water
1 small piece of gorgonzola
1 tbsp cream
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Add the onion with the meat
Add the endives, salt, pepper, and garlic
Add 1/2 glass of water
Add the instant pot in quick cooking mode 4min
At the end of cooking add the Gorgonzola and cream
Put the instant pot back in quick cooking 1min
