Julienne fillet and small cut vegetables

Here, we have another lean recipe of fish fillet on a bed of vegetables. Some curry and cream will flavor the dish really nicely. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

Ingredients

 fillets of Julienne
 2 carrots
 1 large leek
 1 shallot
 ½ cube of vegetable stock
 ¼ cup glass of white wine
 Salt, pepper, curry
 1 tbsp fresh cream
 1 tbsp cornstarch

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the shallots and vegetables cut into small cubes for 3min

Add the water and crumbled cube

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 3min

Add the fillets, white wine and curry

Salt, pepper, and pepper

Back in quick cooking 5min

Remove the fillets until the sauce is thickened with 1 tbsp. cornstarch and 1 tbsp. fresh cream

Put the fillets back in the sauce
