Fish fillet and an orange sauce

In that version of fish and rice, the sauce will be made out of orange juice, honey, and cream. It does sound good so let’s prepare it for your lunch.

Ingredients

 1 white fish fillet
 60 g rice
 ½ lemon
 1 orange
 1 shallot
 150 ml poultry broth
 1 tbsp cornstarch
 1 tbsp honey
 50 ml fresh cream

Directions

Put the rice in the bowl

Add the honey, orange juice and lemon juice, poultry broth pepper

Add the minced shallots and fish fillet

Put the instant pot in quick mode 6min

Mix the thickener with fresh cream before putting it in the bowl once the cooking is finished
