A slightly exotic touch with an unusual ingredient added to the fish. After you have chopped and browned the vegetables, you add the fish and cover it with some passion fruit juice.

 500 g carrots in slices
 500 g zucchinis in cubes
 15 kg potatoes in cubes
 500 g cherry tomatoes in 4
 2 passion fruits
 Parsley
 4 chopped onions
 200 ml fish stock
 3 sole fillets

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Add the onions

Add the carrots and zucchini

Add the potatoes and tomatoes

Add the parsley

Put the fish stock

Put the sole fillets on the preparation

Put the passion fruit juice on the fish
