This is another interesting way to present your pig roast. You cook it on top of a bed of pepper and cover in a crust of spices. The result will be a delicious piece of meat that you can serve to your family.
Ingredients
1 pork tenderloin
2 shallots
2 peppers
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
1 ground cumin
1 tbsp 4 spices
1 tbsp Salt, pepper
200 ml white wine
Directions
Mix the shallot and peppers
Put it in the bottom of the bowl
Mix the honey, oil, and spices
Spread on the filet mignon with a brush to make the spice crust
Place the pork on the bed of peppers
Add 20cl white wine
Put the instant pot in quick cooking 15min
