If you really want some tender meat, you may want to try the veal roast cooked with some creamy French cheese. In that recipe, you simply mix the meat with the cheese and a few spices.
Ingredients
500 g veal tenderloin in pieces
1 onion
1 shallot
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp oil
Salt, pepper
150 g cheese (Saint Agur cream)
200 ml veal stock
1 tbsp sauce thickener
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Brown the onion, garlic, shallot and meat in a little oil for 5 minutes
Add the cheese and veal stock, salt, pepper
Dilute well
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 5min
Add the sauce thickener
