Here is a nice way to present your pork roast for a celebration. You are going to mix it up with some pineapple and pepper. It is going to taste just wonderful
Ingredients
600 g pork filet mignon cut into large pieces
1 small can of tomato pulp
250 g frozen peppers
150 g canned pineapple
50 g soy sauce
100 ml vegetable broth
1 garlic clove chopped
1 onion chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Pour the oil into the bowl
Brown the meat and onion
Add the drained pineapple
Stop the mode browning
Add the vegetable broth and all the other ingredients
Mix
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 15 min
