This is another version of a yogurt cake. You add a little cream for a moist texture and some vanilla to enhance the taste. It is easy to prepare and a good dessert to finish a nice meal between friends.
Ingredients
2 whole eggs
375 g flour
150 ml fresh cream
1 plain yogurt
225 g sugar
1 package vanilla sugar
1 package baking powder
Directions
In a bowl mix all ingredients
Put 250ml water in the bowl
Put a silicone mold in the steam basket
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 30min
