Gnocchi, vegetables and bacon

You will have some vegetables to mix with the gnocchi in that recipe. Depending of your time, you may use some fresh vegetables instead of the frozen ones. It is going to be a colorful and refreshing dish.

Gnocchi, vegetables and bacon

Ingredients

 300 g Gnocchi (preferably not to be fried)
 200 ml vegetable broth
 1 tbsp . paprika
 Basil
 1 package of bacon
 1 small handful of frozen onions
 1 small handful of frozen peas
 1 small handful of frozen zucchini
 10 cherry tomatoes cut in half
 Fresh cream or soy

Directions

Set the instant pot in mode browning

Put all the frozen vegetables from the beginning of the preheating

Towards the end of the preheating, add tomatoes, bacon, gnocchi, and basil

Mix

Add broth

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 4min

At the end of cooking, drain the liquid

Put the instant pot back to mode browning

Put the gnocchi back in the tank and put the cream

Leave 1min while stirring
