Sweet potatoes gratin and lamb

Ingredients

 500 g lamb roast cut into pieces
 800 g sweet potatoes
 1 onion, minced
 1 clove of garlic, chopped
 1 bouquet garnished
 1 tbsp tomato paste
 1 tbsp 4 spices
 1 tbsp coriander seeds
 2 X 30g butter
  Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the meat, onions, and garlic in 30g of butter

Add the tomato paste, spices, salt, pepper, herbs

Mix and let it brown for a few minutes

Add 200ml of water

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 30min

Remove the meat and let it cool before shredding

Peel and finely slice the sweet potatoes

In an oven dish assemble the preparation in layer by inserting the meat, onion with coriander seeds and sweet potato slices

Drizzle with cooking juice between each layer

Finish with a layer of sweet potato in cooking juice

Put the rest of the melted butter on top

Bake 30min at 180°C
