Vanilla and cardamon Halwa

This is going to be a fun and interesting dessert to prepare. You will mix some semolina with dry fruits and Asian spices before cooking it with milk and sugar. You will surprise and certainly enchant your guest with that unusual dessert

Ingredients

 125 g fine semolina
 375 ml milk
 70 g sugar
 80 g butter
 1 capsule cardamom
 ½ pod of scraped vanilla
 6 unsalted cashew nuts
 Coarse salt
 50 g dried raisins

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Add the butter in the bowl and roast the semolina with a pinch of salt for a few minutes while stirring it regularly

Add all the other ingredients

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Heat until thickened by stirring regularly

When the mixture comes off the vat, it is ready!

Flatten with a spatula in a rectangular dish and let cool.

Cut into portions (diamonds, squares, etc.)

Can be sprinkled with grated coconut.
