This is a recipe of Northern Africa. You will mix some vegetables into a soup with lamb. Special spices will confer a unique taste to the dish. It will be a welcome change into the usual diet.
Ingredients
1 small piece of lamb
500 g ripe tomato
2 onions
1 potato
½ carrot
½ zucchini
1 small stalk of celery
1 handful of blond lentil
½ bunch of fresh coriander
Fresh parsley
1 tbsp tomato paste
Salt, pepper
Water to cover the ingredients
1 tbsp chorba spice
Saffron
1 small handful of vermicelli
Directions
Put all ingredients except the vermicelli
Cover with water
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 20min
Remove the meat
Mix the rest
Put the meat back
Add the vermicelli
Put it back in quick cooking 2min
