Ingredients

 6 medium oysters
 1 chopped roscoff onion
 Salt, pepper
 Parsley and garlic chopped
 3 tbsp thick cream
 30 g grated county cheese
 Curry

Directions

Open the oysters and empty their first water

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onion with salt, pepper, parsley, and garlic

Lay the oysters on top

In a bowl mix the cream, county cheese, and curry

Put the bowl in the tank

Switch to pressure cooking mode 1min
