Do you want to fix a healthy and tasty lunch? Try that recipe combining several vegetables, herbs and a few bacon pieces to flavor the dish. You may use your garden vegetables in season for an even better taste.

Ingredients

 400 g hulled green beans
 400 g carrots in sticks
 400 g small potatoes
 300 g cherry tomatoes
 1 onion, minced
 4 cloves of garlic, minced
 1 tbsp olive oil
 200 g bacon
 Thyme and parsley
 1 vegetable cube
 50 ml water

Directions

Prepare the vegetables

Put the instant pot in mode browning

During the preheating, fry the bacon and all the vegetables (except the tomatoes) in a little oil

When the preheating is finished add all the other ingredients (except the tomatoes)

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 15min

At the end of the cooking add the tomatoes

Put back in pressure cooking 3min
