Rabbit is a rather lean meat so you can prepare it for your weight watchers friends. Some herbs, spices, and a few vegetables will make a perfect meal. A light creamy sauce will accompany it.

1 tbsp oil
4 tbsp light liquid cream
50 ml skimmed milk
Salt, pepper
Paprika
3 tbsp mustard
1 small box of mushrooms
100 g trio of frozen peppers in strips
500 ml poultry broth
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Fry the rabbit in oil
Put all the ingredients in the instant pot
Switch to pressure cooking mode 10min
