Gourmet dry vegetables with leeks and prawns

Why not try a different way of fixing vegetables? Here, you will use some dry ones, mix them up with prawns and some cream to enrich the whole dish. It should be tasty and delicious.

Ingredients

 300 g gourmet dried vegetables (Tipiak)
 800 g whole prawns
 500 g leek white cut into slices
 100 ml white wine
 200 ml liquid cream
 300 ml water with a bouillon cube with Provence herbs
 1 tbsp olive oil
 Garlic powder

Directions

Put the leeks in the steam basket

Add 200ml of water

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 8min

At the end of cooking, reserve the leeks

Empty the tank

Switch the instant pot to mode browning

Brown the prawns in oil until they turn pink

Deglaze with a glass of white wine

Add the leeks, dried vegetables, water, liquid cream, and garlic

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 4min
