Vapor cooked mackerel, potatoes and parsley

Are you looking for a light calorie dinner? That recipe of fish cooked with vapor would fall in that category. After cooking the fish, you fried a few potatoes in a little oil to accompany the mackerel.

Ingredients

 2 mackerels emptied and cleaned
 Salt and pepper
 1 onion, minced
 3 potatoes in cubes
 1 tbsp fresh cream

Directions

Salt, pepper the mackerel

Put them in the steam basket

Put onions on top

Put 200ml of water in the tank

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 5min

Reserve the mackerel

Clean and dry the tank

Brown the potatoes in a little oil for 8min

At the end of cooking, put a little fresh cream
