 1 package of frozen Nordic fish pieces (Picard)
 Olive oil
 Flour
 1 shallots, minced
 1 clove of garlic, crushed
 1 ag of vegetable cut small (brunoise)
 400 ml fish stock
 Salt, pepper
 1 tbsp Paprika
 Cream

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the shallots and garlic in a little olive oil

Add the fish

Sprinkle with flour

Mix

Add the vegetables and fish stock

Put the instant pot in pressure mode 10min

At the end of the cooking time, add the cream
