Normandy style veal fillet

Do you feel like fixing a fancy dinner? Let's try the veal fillet braze with Calvados. After roasting them, you will mix them up with apples in a rich sauce. It is going to be a delicious dish.

Ingredients

 800 g veal mignon cut into 4
 2 green apples
 2 shallots
 80 g butter
 4 tbsp cream
 1 ½ cups raw cider
 2 tbsp Calvados
 2 tbsp flour
 Salt, pepper
 ½ lemon

Directions

Season the veal

Roll them in flour

Peel, core and halve the apples before cutting them in half before sprinkling them with lemon

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the veal with 40g of butter

Add the shallot

Colored them lightly

Blaze with Calvados

Add the cider

Place the apples between the veal

Season

Put the instant pot under pressure 15min

Remove the veal and apples

Pour the cream into the sauce

Let reduce

Add the rest of the butter while whipping.

Put the meat back in
