Spanish omelet with bacon

Here is the recipe of the famous Spanish omelet. You mix the eggs with potatoes and onion. The result will be a rich and sturdy dish to share with your friends or family.

Ingredients

 6 potatoes cut into cubes
 8 eggs
 3 tbsp olive oil
 6 thin slices of bacon
 1 handful fried onions
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the potatoes

While the potatoes are browning beat the eggs and add the fried onions in a bowl

Remove the potatoes and put them in the bowl

Grill the bacon slices and set them aside

Put a tablespoon of oil in the bowl, add the preparation

Let cook

Using a plate, turn the omelet

Put the bacon on top
