Here is a recipe of meat cooked in beer for a special taste. Vegetables and meat will share a thick, tasty sauce with plenty of herbs. Iy should taste really good on a cold day.

 800 g meat
 3 small zucchinis in pieces
 Frozen peppers 3 colours
 1 clove of garlic crushed
 1 minced onion
 Salt, pepper
 1 tbsp flour
 250 ml beer
 200 g tomato paste

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the meat

Add the onions and garlic

Add the vegetables

Brown 6min

Add the flour

Mix and add the tomato paste and beer

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 18min
