There is no reason why you could not prepare some Osso Buco of seafood. The interesting ingredient in the recipe is the orange quarter mix up with the fish. The dish will have an original taste.

Ingredients

 600 g monkfish fillet, in pieces
 2 tbsp flour
 2 tbsp vegetable oil
 400 g crushed tomatoes
 100 g chopped shallot
 2 small carrots, cut in julienne
 2 celery stalks, chopped
 4 organic orange, quartered
 100 ml fish stock
 2 limes
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Flour the pieces of monkfish

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Pour the oil into the tank

Fry the monkfish for 2 minutes on each side

Reserve

Add the onions, celery, and carrots

Stop the mode browning

Mix well

Add the broth

Then the orange pieces

Season again

Put the fish back in the pan

Start cooking under pressure for 6 minutes

Serve with lime segments
