Osso Buco of veal and Brussel sprouts

This is another good combination of meat and Brussel sprouts in an Osso Buco style. After browning the meat, it will be cooked with the Brussel sprouts in bouillon and tomato sauce.

Ingredients

 4 pieces of osso bucco of veal
 Salt, pepper
  Flour
 400 g Brussels sprouts
 3 tomatoes cut into small cubes
 1 finely chopped onion
 1 clove of crushed garlic
 1 tbsp chopped parsley
 1 bouquet garnished
 300 ml veal broth
 1 knob of butter
 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Salt, pepper, and flour the veal pieces

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the veal pieces in the oil and butter mixture

Add the onion and brown

Add the tomatoes, bouquet garnished, parsley and garlic

Stir

Add the broth

Add the Brussels sprouts

Switch the instant pot to quick cooking mode 20min
