Bread of fish stick (surimi) and asparagus

If you don't have much time for your next meal, you could try that simple tart of eggs and fish stick. In that recipe, you just mix fish, eggs, cream and some asparagus in a jar.

Ingredients

 20 surimi sticks
 1 can peeled white asparagus
 5 tbsp fresh cream
 5 eggs
 Salt and pepper
 Parsley

Directions

Mix all the ingredients and put in a mold suitable for instant pot

Cover the mold with plastic wrap

Put 250 ml of water in the bowl

Put the mold in the steam basket and put it in the bowl

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 40min

Serve cold
