This is another easy version of bread fish. In that recipe, you mix fish with cream and eggs. Some curry will confer a distinctive taste to the dish. Serve it on a summer evening with a salad.
Ingredients
200 ml cream
3 eggs
1 tbsp curry
Salt, pepper
200 g fish stick surimi cut into pieces
300 g shrimp peeled and cut into pieces
Directions
Mix all the ingredients in a mold suitable for instant pot
Put 200ml of water in the tank and then put the mould in the steam basket
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 25min
Serve cold
