In that light version of pasta, you will mix up broccoli, ham, and cream. After covering it with cheese, you will brown it in an oven. A delicious dish to be served to your guest.
Ingredients
1 kg fresh broccoli in tops
250 g raw pasta
1 cube of vegetable bouillon
150 g grated smoked ham
200 ml liquid cream at 15% mg
Salt, pepper
70 g grated gruyere cheese
Directions
Put the broccoli and pasta in the bowl
Add the broth
Cover with water
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 6min
At the end of cooking, add the ham, cream, salt, and pepper
Pour into a gratin dish
Sprinkle with gruyere
Put in the oven to brown
