How about preparing veal roll in a thick creamy sauce and some small cut zucchinis? It's going to be a delicious dish full of flavors.

Ingredients

 4 veal rolls
 2 tbsp oil
 600 g zucchini cut very small
 24 cherry tomatoes
 1 minced onion
 100 ml veal stock
 200 ml liquid cream
 2 tbsp flour

Directions

In mode browning

Pour oil into the tank

Brown the zucchinis

Season

Place the vegetables in the basket

Brown the veal roll in the rest of the oil

Set aside

Stop the browning mode Put the onion, flour, tomatoes, veal stock, cream in the tank and mix

Add the veal rolls

Add the basket of vegetables

Start the cooking under pressure for 8 minutes
