Ingredients

 2 paupiettes of turkey
 1 Provence herbs
 1 tomatoes in pieces
 1 zucchini in pieces
 100 ml white wine
 Olive oil
 100 ml poultry stock
 1 clove of garlic
 1 minced onion
 Salt and pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the turkey roll in a little oil

Remove the rolls and set aside

Brown the onion

Add the zucchini

Brown together

Add the tomato and garlic

Put the rolls back, salt, pepper, and herbs of Provence

Put the white wine

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 10min

Add the wheat and poultry stock

Mix

Back in pressure cooking 10min
