Veal meat rolls with tomatoes and pasta (pennes)

Meat rolls can be prepared with different meats. In that recipe, veal is used with different kinds of ingredients added to improve the flavor and taste.

Ingredients

 6 small veal meat rolls
 3 minced shallots
 1 large can of peeled tomatoes
 1 carrot in slices
 250 ml white wine
 250 ml water
 1 tbsp flour
 Salt and pepper
 1 bouquet garnished
 300 g penne

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the meat rolls on all sides

Add the shallots and carrot

Add the flour

Stir until the flour is golden

Add the can of tomatoes, white wine, water, and bouquet garnished

Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10min

Add the pasta

Put it back in quick cooking mode 5min

Put in mode browning a few moments to thicken the sauce
