Penne pasta with red wine

Here is a simple and quick recipe using fresh produce from the market. The pasta will be mixed up with mushrooms, tomatoes, and onions. before being cooked with wine and bouillon.

Penne pasta with red wine

Ingredients

 100 g pasta penne
 250 ml red wine
 150 ml hot water
 1 cube beef or poultry bouillon
 ½ onion
 3 beautiful mushrooms
 1 fresh tomato (Crimea or black)
 3 pieces of chives
 Fresh parsley
 Olive oil
 Salt
  pepper
 butter

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 25g of chopped butter, brown the onion and mushrooms 3mn

Add the peeled tomato cut into small pieces and cook it for 2mn. Add the red wine, salt, and pepper then hot water and the bouillon cube

Put in pressure mode, add the pasta, stir and cook 10mn. Serve your penne with chopped chives and parsley as a garnish. You can finish with some shavings of parmesan cheese
